Indianapolis Theatre Fringe Festival.

FringeFilm 2008

Details will be published soon.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The mission of the Indianapolis International Film Festival is to present films that inform, enlighten, and educate the community by providing a vivid reflection of the rich cultural diversity of Indianapolis and the world beyond our doors. Fringe Film allows us to expand that mission to include films of a more specific focus, while continuing to celebrate the wide diversity of movies.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Fringe Films Indianapolis is a shorts-only section of IndyFringe 2008, a 10-day celebration of the art of performance. Some 50 short films of 30 minutes or less will be screened in three categories:

Midwestern Films - films made by filmmakers from Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, and Kentucky. This includes filmmakers who attended college in these states.

Experimental Films - narrative or non-narrative films that push the boundaries of film tradition--including works of digital video art.

Narrative Films - traditional narrative shorts films.

ORGANIZER
Wm. Brian Owens (Director--Programmer)
